Out with a friend at Sim Lim *aiyoh*

Today is the day i finally managed to spend a day with a good friend of mine from JC. haven't seen him for more than a year (he's working at UK now) and he's still the same. We met at bugis in the afternoon and spent the whole day runnign errands. My goodness, first we went to UOB at bras basah to get his acct signature changed and to withdraw some money, next to OCBC also to do the same thing, told him he can apply for the ATM card on the same day and get it instantly, he didn't believe.. Almost puked blood cos he just didn't believe me. I felt as if i was talking to a wall. But i left the decision to him cos its HIS accts and HIS atm cards.

after that we went for lunch at bugis and had tea after that. It was fine just that although he was my buddy but a bit too close for comfort when it comes to sitting together.. sighh, i hope he treats his gf better, more considerate cos i think he just treat me like a guy too... oh well cannot help, we've always been like that since JC.

The real agony part came when we went to Sim Lim to find his MP3 player. We went from SHOP to SHOP, i almost feel like killing him at that point of time cos he was really calculative to the dollar about the purchase. there was a offer downstairs which quoted him $200 and a shop upstairs quoted him $205 wGST. He thought the one downstairs was cheaper though i told him that the offer price should be without GST. Hence after going UP and DOWN, he took offer from upstairs cos after including GST and the tax on credit card, it was cheaper than the one downstairs. Hence, he spent $213 for creative M2, 512MB. I was so tired and sian that i told him i'll wait for him downstairs instead. and the thing that really made me sian was we were suppose to meet another friend for dinner at 7pm and guess what, we were still at Sin Lim at 7pm! i know the feeling of waiting for others hence i really didn't wait to let that friend wait for another hour. Scolded my buddy cos i thought he should have paid a little more attention to time cos i feel that appointment times are made to be kept, a good 15 mins of wait is fine, but another longer than that, you really have to call and apologise and feel guilty about it. but there was no sign of guilt, probably that's what made me fume. Nearly gave him a scolding but i kept my cool and was siad very firmly that i don't like to make people wait for so long especially when it could have been avioded if he just made up his mind and was less calculative(to the dollar and cents).

He's lucky that he comes back once a year if not i would have really gave him a piece of mind cos he was late AGAIN for an hour meeting another classmate of ours. aiyoh... this friend ahh... nothing to say...
