2nd week of work

Wah time flies man.. i've been already at the new office for 2 weeks! and guess wat! i dun think i've fully grasp the main gist of it.. stressman.. and i've been given six cases, all lying on my table now in the office, was allocated just before i left the office.. stress! think i'll prob see stars by the end of the week as the no. of cases pick up.. i just hope i can learn to pick up asap and also learn everything.. i haven't learn how to key into SAnet yet and neither do i really do what to do once i've seen a case.. damn blur and my direct sup is not ecactly helping! black face this morning.. really wondering if i've made the right choice to move.. from nice sup to the current one.. kinda of big of a change.. dear oh dear.. HELP!
