Another day at Bedok

I'm now at the club @ bedok.. covering the week for fidah who's got 7days of off in lieu and is now at a course... My god! 7 days, that's a lot man... and i thought 4 days of off-in-lieu is going to hard to clear, 8 days, my oh my.. how's she going to be able to clear it man! terrible isn't it... this tells you much of the current manpower situation at my workplace... not enough staff and my poor colleague has been OMO (one man operation)

It has been quite irritating day, yesterday... Had to to run an errand at Balesties, had to take a look at the furniture for the club and taking down the dimensions back to the office.. Was at Toa Payoh mrt and was harassed by thousand and one surveryers... My god, so many of them, had to stop almost a few steps, to reject one.. so annoying.. after much persuation, i stopped for one to do a survery, thought she all she wanted was to do 3 qns, and i got a rude shock when she insisted on getting my hp no. i told her no, i don't feel comfortable giving her my no. and guessed what she said, "miss i'm not going to harassed you via your hp, i mean i am trying to help you by introducing you to our product and a free facial using our products. I can see that you have blackheads and your pores are widening and you have slight case of skin aging, slight sagging in fact." wah, she was really trying to hard sell her stuff, i mean a lot of us know that facial products only work on the superficial level of skin and not work its way all the way deep into the skin.. sighh.. and i really didn't have the heart to tell her that, you don't sound like one who knows much about skin also cos pore wise, there's a difference between long term and short term or just started.. sighhhh.... cannot stand it.. i mean i was quite pissed! what a way to hard sell! man...

then i was back at the club with my partner and we were going through some of the stuff at the club.. and through the conversation i realised that he thinks that the kids that visit our club are good kids... my god.. he's delusional man.. i mean we are talking about the kids who stole my ex-colleagues' hp twice and cheated another of my ex-colleague into paying in advance for a set of soccer jerseys with only 4 of them who paid up in full, the rest had a very good free lunch in this matter. Disgusting, not that i want tohave a biased attitude towards them but its really gross. I have this thing with kids or people who doesn't have a clean hand, what the fish man... sigh.... i have a indulgent father on the line here. MAN!

Well, fidah's going to tender her resignation in mid June and i'm officially and finally losing my last and best friend cum colleague in this organisation!! gosh... not good ehh... and i have this very bad feeling that i will be arrowed or asked really really politely by my bosses to come over to bedok and cover till they found another staff.. you may wanna know why i'm so sure its going to be me, i just know, there isn't much spare staff at the moment and i'm more senior and has covered most of the clubs before.. it's been my 3rd posting so far, iif bedok comes into the picture, its my 4th club... i might as well take care as an overall for the clubs! sheeeshhhss.. it better not happen, if it happens, i think i'll quit too.. so sick of being moved around, i mean who has been moved around more than me?? besides laurence, but even then he hasn't been floating around longer than i have...
now my fingers are really crossed, i hope i can find a job soon, or at the very least not be moved AGAIN...
