3 weddings in a WEEK!

I can't believe it... i have 3 weddings to attend in the 1st week of September... 4 Sept'05 (sun), 5 Sept'05 (mon) and 9 Sept'05 (Fri)... i almost fainted... it was really packed with weddings...

1st one was Hazreen's wedding.. my oh my, she looked so pretty? she has her solemnization the day before her wedding.. her pure white custom was fantastic! loved it man.. so pretty... the custom for the wedding itself was also nice, but it was of a totally different feel.. more formal.. nevertheless, she looked very pretty.. haz assigned me to be the coordinator for liaising the ex-colleagues group for her wedding.. and as usual, i took up the role... i had to call 10 other people to arrange it... jason, jade, angie, shannon, shannon's fiance, Mr Ng, Kee Seng, Kee Ping, Tricia, and fidah.. however, fidah had to go for a family gathering in Malaysia, so she was not able to attend... i tried my best to sms everyone and call if i had to... and guess what the joke? Jason actually called fidah to ask what time were we meeting and what was the arrangement going to be on Haz's wedding... he did not know that she was not going, so when he called, she was already in Malaysia.... i seriously think he has a problem with me.. i was the one who was doing the main liaising, why of all people he had to call fidah? why couldn't he have just called me instead? i mean i was the one who has been contacting him all this while regarding this occasion... i mean can you imagine how i felt when fidah told me this? i was really upset... i mean, does he really feel that way abt me? am i really that repulsive to talk to? most of the time,he doesn't reply my smses, its fine... he only replies to the smes the rest of them send and he chooses to call someone esle instead abt something which i have been following up.. i mean... he really finds it repulsive to even call me right? it was a lucky thing that i did not know abt this before the wedding or on the actual day of the wedding... if not i would have really given him the EYE and cold shoulderof cos... not that i was paying much attention to him.. cos he sat 2 people away from me.. andhe wasn't talking to them much.. after angie and shannon (plus fiance) left, i took the seat beside kee seng and started doing a bit of catching up with him.. at least i was very happy to see the rest... as for him, we exchanged a few words of how are you.. and that was basically abt it.. get what i mean? i think this could be it... oh yah.. he cut his hair, thank god! his previous hair style was horrendous... this time round, he looked better, more fresh and less of a nerd.. sighh.. can someone tell me what should i do?? haizz... i really give up on him already man...

Next was Zuanqing's wedding... it was held at Mandarin Hotel.. The food was not bad BUT the emcees were horrible.. they were not able to capture much of the crowd's attention and it was so obvious that they did not rehearse beforehand.. my goodness! the atmosphere for the whole wedding was spolit by the 2 of them... but i dun think the couple realised it... sheeshss... think even i can do a better job... sighh.. oh well, her hubby does not approve of me much anyway.. just by the look of his face was enough... i know its not fair to her but i cannot help it.. her hubby has not been nice, ever since they patched up from their cold war... maybe he felt that i shld have helped them patch back during that time.. cos i did not.. but neither did i hinder it... i was just there as her friend and listened to her.. that's all... However, as long as she is happy, i'm very happy for her... alll the best my dear friend..

last was jo's sister's wedding... it was held at hilton hotel.... there was not much that i can say abt it.. cos she was not close to me... but as she's jo's sister, weiping and i attended it... the roses used during the wedding was really beautiful... full bloom.. the food was a bit salty but the yam mousse was nice... heh.. more abt food... heehee... well, joey was there.. we did not have much things to talk to him abt cos he has nv made an effort to talk to me and weiping when he was attached to jo... not to mention that after he broke up with jo, there is even less interaction.. but jo looked so pretty that day.. think she outshined her sister.. heeehee... after the wedding we were suppose to celebrate weiping's birthday.. but due to her family matters, we had no choice but to settle it chop chop... no candles, no cake and not even nice music.. we spent out time at starbucks.. i think she did not have much mood left after the commotion with her parents... oh well... not much to say abt that... but i htink as long as the 3 of us are able to spend time together, that's enough.. company is all that counts... =)
