What a week...

Man oh Man... have i had a terrible week at work... the no. of cases coming in have been on the increase for the past few weeks and my colleague is so tactless kept saying,is there anymore is there anymore cases to see.... my goodness, told her many times that it is a very touchy matter to keep harping on it cos there will always be somemore...
sighh... can't she just keep her mouth shut??
