A saturday of solitude

Dragging the labtop all the way from Bukit Merah to home was a tiring and troublsome journey.. I was suppose to meet a friend for a short catch up session but i cancelled it cos i remembered that i have to drag the heavy labtop all the way to town and back home... Kinda of a weird to carry a labtop round town on a weekend.. even if i wanted to go clubbing or whatsoever, it would have been too cumbersome and people at the locker area would be shocked and amused to see a labtop in their deposit bag section. Not to mention dangerous too...

To reach home bfore 11pm on a saturday is a accomplishment for me so i decided that i would reward myself by giving in to my craving for the week, 2 pcs chicken and cheese fries! When i reached KFC (gosh, there was still a long queue when i reached the KFC at Causeway point!), i was surprised that there was a promotion going on.. YEAH! the 2 pcs with drink and whipped potato was $3.95 and cheese fries was $2.80 for 2... naturally i bought it, went home and gave my brothers the extra cheese fries. Boy oh boy, were they hungry, they finished the fries even before i hit the showers! Talk about growing boys, i thought they have outgrown their puberty age a long time ago..

After the sinful meal which i think i need to skip a 1000 times to burn it off, i surfed the channels on the TV till my mum declared that she wants to watch this particular korean drama on channel 55.. My god, its my mum ya know, a mum who seldom watch drama and watches soccer matches... Interesting what these korean dramas can do to you... i still prefer Japanese dramas to Korean ones, cos they're shorter and much faster in terms of the episodes.. I know i'm contradicting myself (for those who know me) i've bought certain Korean dramas but only those stories that is very much like the japanese dramas and less crying of cos.. i joined my mum and much to my surprise, i was laughing not becos the show was funny, the leads were crying so much so that i found it annoying... and the story was so clique... oh well, that's mummy's taste lah... After the korean show, my brother told me, you can have your room back lah, i want to watch soccer, i gave way to him cos he is paying his bit for teh soccer channel, and it only happens on saturdays.. Remember i'm not suppose to be in on saturdays? so it doesn't bother me that much...

Feeling sleepy and lazy, i dug out a set of vcds (korean by the way), my labtop, my earpiece and jumped into bed... i watched it till my labtop run out of battery.. But i was still not falling asleep yet.. But knowing my body too well, i turned on the aircon, off the lights and forced myself to sleep... I woke up this morning feeling refreshed and feeling game to do anything today... (",)
